2016 Friendlies in Place

After skipping the November international friendly dates Scotland have arranged four very tough friendlies ahead of the upcoming World Cup campaign. Gordon Strachan has stated he will use 2 separate squads for the games at Easter as he looks to give new blood the opportunity to grab a place in the team for the competitive games starting with Malta in September. We start in Prague against Czech Republic and then host Denmark at Hampden Park on Tuesday 29th March. Then in the summer there will be a training camp in Malta, where we will play Italy at the same venue as the upcoming qualifier and then move onto Metz to face the hosts of Euro 2016, France. Not quite the summer we had hoped for but it will be a challenging few games for the team.
