About Edinburgh Tartan Army

April 12th, 2011

Eta_logo_2011Although the Edinburgh Tartan Army was founded in 1995 by capital residents, we welcome members from everywhere. As stated in the constitution, the object of the Club is to support Scotland where ever and when ever they play and since our inaugural meeting, members of ETA have been in attendance at all Scotland games. Members are given a Club t-shirt on joining. We organise travel to all home games.

ETA hold monthly committee meetings, that all members are welcome to attend and contribute towards. There are regular social functions each year including Race Nights, trips to Scottish Football Museum and a St. Andrews night dinner. ETA are also represented by their own football team in the annual Tartan Army football tournament. Main club communication is through the website and e-newsletter (which can also be posted to members).

Keeping In Touch

January 13th, 2009

As our club grows bigger (currently 122 members) it’s sometimes tricky to keep everyone up to date with what’s happening. We’d encourage as many members as possible to let us have your email address so we can keep in touch.

Sometimes it isn’t practical to send newsletters at short notice to people who haven’t registered for email. If you receive the newsletter in the post then we don’t have your email address. Send it to us at –

eta@edinburghtartanarmy.com

Also, please register for the member’s forum

This is a great way to share information and keep in touch.
