Looking forward to seeing everyone tomorrow for our first home game of the campaign. Three points are a certainty so long as we stick to the peanut formation. Bus leaves Morrison Link at 12.30 and full details have been sent to members earlier today, there are 2 ETA buses going through and both are full.
At the September meeting we agreed to give a £10 match ticket subsidy to all members that’re going to the Lithuania game. This applies to those that’ve been members for more than three months. So all members who meet this criteria will get a tenner on the buses tomorrow from your bus convenor. For members that attend the match but aren’t on the buses, bring your ticket stub to the next meeting to receive your subsidy. The next meeting is 7.30pm on Wednesday 19 October in the Roseburn Bar. Email the mailbox in advance so we know how much cash to bring. Note that we’ll also be deciding on the AGM venue at this meeting. If you have somewhere in mind come armed with availability for Saturday nights in January and details of any cost.
For those going to Slovakia ATAC have produced a Sporran Guide for next week’s trip. It’s available on the ATAC website here: http://www.associationoftartanarmyclubs.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/10/SlovakiaSporranGuide.pdf It’s brilliantly put together and it’s the intention of ATAC to produce these going forward seeing as the SSC stopped them a while back.
Remember to look our for details of the St Andrews Night tenpin bowling event on 26 November and the December meeting curry night on 21 December.
